After I’m just about to rip out the front of my 1999 Lexus LX470 to determine where the bad wiring connection is that drives one headlight, I find a wiring diagram for my truck that tells me there is one 10A fuse for each headlight! That was the last thing I imagined so I never considered it. I spent a significant amount of time looking for the short, not realizing the fuse was blown. What I learned today was when something simple goes wrong, it may not be a complicated problem to solve; one just has to learn to consider the un-obvious.
